Fundación Argentina de Esgrima

En San Rafael, Mendoza se disputará la primera fecha del Campeonato Argentino Junior, clasificatorio para el Sudamericano de la categoría a disputarse durante el mes de Mayo, en Chile.

La delegación de la Fundación está encabezada por el Dr. Nicolas Alitsz y el Maestro Rodrigo Alvarez, acompañando a Andrea Bendrich, actual Campeona Argentina, Martín Lora y Augusto Beruti. EXITOS !!!!

This year’s 1st engagement of the Argentine Junior Championship will take place in San Rafael, Mendoza. This event enables competiors to clasify for the Southamerican Championship to be held in Chile next May.
The Argentine Fencing Foundation’s team is led by Dr Nicolas Alitisz and Head Coach Rodrigo Alvarez. Travelling along with them are Andrea Bendrich (current Argentine Champion), Martin Lora and Augusto Beruti. We wish you all the very best!

Belen P. Maurice attained the 20th position at the Villa Leganes World Cup after winning 15-5 over the Spaniard Marta Estebanez and losing in 32nd to the Russian Anna Illiaronova by 10-15. Congratulations!!!

Having won 3 and lost 3 Belen advanced to the next round where she lost to the current Olympic Team Champion, the Ukranian Olga Zhovnir by 8-15.

This result left Belen positioned at number 86 over 120 participants.

Since February 6th Belen P. Maurice and her Master Lucas Saucedo, have traveled to Europe on a training and competition tour.

Belen P. Maurice logró la 20° posición en la Copa del Mundo Villa de Leganes, al ganarle por 15 a 5 a la española Marta Estebanez y caer en el cuadro de 32 con la Rusa Anna Illarionova por 10 a 15.
