Your donation, no matter how small, is essential for the Fundación Argentina de Esgrima (Argentine Fencing Foundation) to carry out its project so that more and more young people may have the opportunity to achieve a successful social integration through fencing.

How can you help us?

Any of the following options will help the Fundación Argentina de Esgrima to fulfil its mission:

Option I

  • Official Sponsor of Fundación Argentina de Esgrima:
    This entails providing the Foundation with either the material or the economic resources it needs, to deal with its specific needs.
  • Economic resources:
    Paying for the expenses of one or more fencers who compete at the international level.(Please see Kinds of Donations I, II and III).
  • Material Resources:
    Supplying the elements without which this sport cannot be practiced, namely:(fencing clothing, weapons, masks, gloves, shoes, etc.).

Option II

  • Member of the “Fencing Benefactors” Programme:
    This entails making periodic money donations to cover the foundation’s specific needs (see Other Ways to Help).

What are the objetives to be attained with the monies so raised?

Thanks to your donation, we will be able to:

Stage I

Objectives 2007:

  • Participate in 6 domestic competitions and 8 international competitions.
  • Make a minimum of 25 points with 3 fencers.
  • Have 3 fencers ranked among the best 100 fencers on the World Ranking list.
  • Contribute to the economic support of 3 fencers throughout 2007 (thus giving them the chance to continue their studies, training and foreign language learning).
  • Create the minimum necessary conditions to send 2 or 3 fencers to the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

Other ways to help

You may choose the option that suits you best:

  • Making monthly or annual donations through the “Fencing Benefactors” Programme.
  • Becoming a volunteer to help organize events at the national level.
  • Becoming a sponsor of the Fundación Argentina de Esgrima, at the national or international level.
  • Supplying resources that will be used:
    • To pay for the entries to international competitions.
    • To pay for trips and stays abroad.
    • To pay for fencers’ needs in Argentina.
    • To sponsor one fencer in particular.
